To continue the drive into more upmarket segments with a view to attracting a target clientele of ISEs and Private Banking customers by capitalizing on the specialist know-how of its teams and on the full use of the Group’s IT and sales platforms.

  • Speed up the targeted acquisition of new customers by enhancing sales efficiency and strengthening its expertise-based business model; by developing the share of commissions in the bank’s net banking income; by boosting synergies with the Group’s business lines,
  • Adapt to the changing environment with a network focused on the corporate market segment and comprised of mixed branches and improve the operational efficiency of the central functions by leveraging the modernization of tools.

2024 OBJECTIVES

Increase the share of commissions in net banking income to approximately 40%

Distribution of Group products multiplied by a factor of 2

Electronic signatures used in approximately 75% of transactions

These ambitions represent a draft project. Banque Palatine’s new strategic plan will be submitted for approval to its Board of Directors on September 17, 2021 and to the Social and Economic Committee for information and consultation purposes on September 20, 2021
