2024 Ambitions

  • To adopt a winning spirit and reassert their leadership in their traditional customer markets. Consolidate their position as the leading bank for SMEs by intensifying their focus on VSEs and entities with revenues greater than €5m and remain No.1 for members of the French National Education system; become an “inner circle” bank for their ISE customers and give themselves the means to become No.1 in the professional customers market in the next 10 years,
  • To enhance their efficiency in serving individual customers and those who launch new initiatives today or in the future: young people (apprenticeships, student entrepreneurship, schools, etc.); entrepreneurs by being the preferred wealth management bank for entrepreneurs, senior executives, and their families; French civil service (gain market share via an affinity-based approach),
  • To develop their presence in promising sectors of future development and give maximum leverage to their expertise: banking & insurance (2 core business lines); bank specializing in payment flows and e-commerce; bank specializing in green finance and health care by supporting corporate transition and providing universal access to health care in all our regions; bank providing key expertise.
