  • Make payments a comparative advantage for the retail banking networks, and continue developing our external clientele through the excellence of our offer and customer experience : speed up the pace of growth of the retail networks in payments and make it a comparative advantage in their seizing of new sales opportunities; establish the Group as the French benchmark for trade digitalization; create a benchmark digital platform for employee benefits and launch new offers; distinguish itself from the competition on technological performance, ‘useful’ data, and customer experience ;
  • Focus on the personal development of its employees by fostering the development of their skills in order to guide them towards the professions of the future, notably digital professions, and strive to achieve a positive impact on society by limiting its environmental footprint (e.g. by digitizing vouchers) ;
  • Achieve financial equilibrium in its three business activities while maintaining the same effort in investments. Invest in our platforms to be competitive and anticipate new standards (EPI, Request to Pay); orchestrate the portfolio of Fintechs to provide a coherent offer and implement the pooling of resources that makes sense
